  • HOA fiscal year end is December 31. HOA dues are billed annually in late April or early May for the term May 1 of the current year through April 30 of the next year.   The annual fee for the period May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020 was $240.

  • Golf View Homeowners’ Association is not subject to Chapter 515B of the Minnesota Statutes, pursuant to Minn. Stat. Sec. 515B.1-102(e)(2) (2018). Therefore, it is not required to provide a "Common Interest Community Resale Disclosure Certificate” pursuant to Minn. Stat. Sec. 515B.4-107 (2018)
